Terms of use
A plain, straightforward version for teachers who sign up to ClassMe. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
This is a translation provided for convenience. If there is any difference, the Portuguese version prevails.
1. Who we are
“ClassMe” is the name of the service offered at classme.win. The service is provided from Spain by an individual, whose identification (name, ID document and address) is in the Legal notice. Contact: contato@classme.win.
2. What the service is
ClassMe provides the online structure of a private school under the teacher’s brand: school website, scheduling and bookings, lesson packages, payments by Pix with QR code and by bank transfer, receipts and an annual report, a live classroom with a whiteboard, homework, a parent area and reports for parents. The list of what is included is on the price page.
ClassMe is not a marketplace: it doesn’t bring students, doesn’t intermediate the relationship between you and your students and doesn’t receive their payments.
3. Signing up, price and payment
- Before paying, you receive by email a summary with the chosen plan, the amounts, the payment method and the cancellation rules.
- Annual plan: paid in advance, in one go or in 2 half-yearly payments. Includes activation and setup.
- Monthly plan: a one-off activation fee that includes setup and the 1st month of use; after that, the subscription is paid month by month, in advance.
- Setup is the configuration of the school done with you, the import of your students and balances and the connection of your domain.
- Payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer. Paying by transfer, all amounts are 10% cheaper. Fees charged by your bank or PayPal to send the payment, and IOF tax in Brazil, are paid by the payer.
- The price is the one for the region where you live: Brazil, the European Union, the United Kingdom or other countries. The site shows the amounts for the country the page is opened from, but the country where you live applies, checked on sign-up against the country of your PayPal or bank account and your billing address. If they don’t match, the table for the country where you live applies.
- For those living in Brazil, the site shows approximate amounts in reais, and the charge is made in euros, at the amount shown in the table. In the European Union, prices include VAT. In the United Kingdom, the service is sold for business use, without VAT.
- Table amounts may be reviewed at most every 6 months, with prior notice by email; existing subscribers keep the contracted price.
- ClassMe charges 0% commission on what your students pay you.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you live in Brazil, you may withdraw from the contract within 7 (seven) days of payment, under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, without giving a reason, and we refund everything paid.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days of signing up, without giving a reason. If you asked for the school to start working within that period, we refund what was paid minus the part proportional to the period already used.
In all other cases, we offer the same 7 (seven) day period, with a full refund. The refund is made by the same payment method or another one you indicate. To request it, just write to contato@classme.win.
5. Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time by email, with no penalty.
- Monthly plan: outside the withdrawal period, the month already paid and the activation fee are not refunded; the school stays online until the end of the paid month.
- Annual plan: outside the withdrawal period, we refund the full months not yet used, minus 10% of that amount; the school stays online until the end of the current month.
- Before switching off the school, we deliver a copy of your data (students, lessons and payments). The data remains available for 30 days after the service ends and is then deleted, except what the law requires us to keep.
- ClassMe doesn’t switch off a school without prior notice by email, except in the case of illegal use or use that puts people at risk.
6. Your responsibilities
- Lesson content, the prices charged to students, your school’s rules and the relationship with students and parents are yours.
- Taxes on what you receive from students are yours. The school issues receipts, which are not tax invoices.
- Respect the rules of the platforms where you have taught, including about taking students from there.
- You are the controller of your students’ data; ClassMe processes that data on your behalf, only to run the school (see the privacy policy).
- Keep your password and two-step verification secure.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the platform online and secure, with encrypted backups, but there may be maintenance and failures beyond our control. Support is by email (contato@classme.win). Features marked “not yet” or “coming soon” are not part of the contracted service until they are launched.
8. Limits of liability
ClassMe is liable for the services it provides, as set out by law. It is not liable for payments between you and your students, for decisions taken by third-party platforms (banks, Pix, PayPal, Google) or for content you publish on your school.
9. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don’t agree, you can cancel with no penalty before the change.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the consumer protection rules of the country where you live (in Brazil, the Consumer Protection Code) and the courts of your place of residence also apply.
