Other platforms’ fees as published by them or reported by teachers, checked in Oct 2026: Preply (published by the platform), italki (reported by teachers), Verbling (published by the platform). They may change; check the official pages. The calculation doesn’t include your bank’s or payment provider’s fees, which exist either way.

Save and earn

Save the commission. And earn from it too.

Above, what you stop paying. Here, what you could earn by bringing other teachers into your school: you set each partner’s share, the platform records their earnings and you record the payment on the Payouts screen.

Simulate your share

The rest goes to the partner teacher. You set it per partner.

Questions about price

Before you decide

Why does the monthly plan have an activation fee?

Because setup is done with you: we configure the school, import your students and balances, connect your domain and get the first invoice ready. The activation fee pays for that work and already includes the 1st month. On the annual plan, it’s included.

How do I pay ClassMe?

By PayPal or bank transfer. By transfer, everything is 10% cheaper. From Brazil, you can send the transfer through Wise paying with Pix; your bank’s IOF tax is extra. The annual plan can be paid in one go or in 2 half-yearly payments.

What if I change my mind?

You have a statutory right of withdrawal and refund. The period and how to request it are in the terms of use.

Does ClassMe issue tax invoices?

No. Your school issues a PDF receipt for each payment and an annual income report (CSV and PDF) to help with your tax return, such as Self Assessment in the UK. A receipt isn’t a tax invoice; ask your accountant.

Do I need a company?

No. ClassMe doesn’t require a company. Whether you need to register as self-employed depends on your country; ask your accountant about your situation.

How does it work with partner teachers?

You invite another teacher to teach at your school and set, for each partner, the percentage that goes to them. The student books and pays the school, like any lesson. The platform records the partner’s earnings (they see them under “My earnings”) and you record your payment to them on the Payouts screen. The rest is yours. ClassMe takes no commission on these lessons and doesn’t pay partners automatically: you make the payout.
